Export to instrument

CytoGenie Pro and CytoGenie Lab enable you to export your protocol and keywords to flow cytometry instruments that use DiVa and CellQuest Pro and then to analysis software, such as FlowJo.  If you would like to export to other instruments and software, please contact ScienceXperts.

CytoGenie Basic, which is free, does not allow export

If you are using CytoGenie Pro or CytoGenie Lab and want to export  to instruments or software we support, click Output.

A small menu will drop down.  Click Export to instrument.

A small window will appear.  If you have already created a DiVa template, click one of the options — Subject, Stain set, Tissue, or Rack/Plate Row.
