Plan layout & pipetting

 

 

image001.gifFrom your earlier entries and picks, CytoGenie will do all your computations and prepare your pipetting plan.  The five Pipetting windows let you make any adjustments you would like.  The first to open is Sample pipetting

 

 

 

 

image002.gifIf the table columns do not display, click the + signs to open the tree and click the rows you want to see.  You can also rearrange, show, or hide any of the columns.  A red border around a cell signals incorrect or incomplete information.  Double-click the cell and type in the missing number.

 

 

 

 

 

image003.gifAlternatively, right-click anywhere on the grid or click the Downward options arrow.  

 

 

 

 

image004.gifA menu will pop up.  Click Apply defaults.  You can also click Define defaults to set your own.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

image005.gifWhen you’ve checked and corrected the Sample pipetting screen, click Stain set pipetting.

 

 

 

 

 

 

image006.gifThe Stain set pipetting screen will appear.  Check and correct the entries.  When you’re satisfied, click Plate setup.
