Reuse or modify earlier stain sets

 

 

click_add_stain_sets.png CytoGenie saves your previous stain sets, which you can easily reuse or modify.  On the Stain sets window, click Add stain set.

Add pre-existing set as a separate stain set / Add pre-existing set into the current stain set

 

 

 

 

add_as_a_separate_stain_set.pngIf you opt for a new stain set, CytoGenie will give it a temporary name.  If you choose to work with a pre-existing set, the Stain set(s) pick tree will appear. 

Click the + signs to open any node you wish to view.  Click to highlight any stain set you want to preview.  If you find a stain set you want to use, click Pick.  The stain set name and individual reagents will appear on the Stain sets window.
