Add information to your stain set

 

 

4_click_stain_set_name_plus.gifTo enter a new Stain set name, click the blank and type it in.  To select the Cell types detected, click the drop-down arrow.  Click and drag the vertical scrollbar to find the cell type you want.  If you wish, repeat to add others.  You may also enter any comments you wish to save with your stain set.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

4_click_option_arrow_2.gifYou may also select your cell types in another way.  Click the Downward options arrow across from Cell types detected.   

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4_click_option_arrow_2.gifAn Options menu will pop up.  Click Choose Cell types detected from list. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4_click_cell_types.gifA list of cell types will appear.  Click the + signs to open the tree.  Hold down the CTRL key and click the Cell type(s) you want to use in your protocol.  Click Pick.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4_click_new.gifTo add a cell type you cannot see in the list, click on the category and click New.
