Gene expression reporters  

On the Stain sets grid, click the Downward options arrow. 

An Options menu will pop up.  Click Add gene expression reporter.

A pick list will appear.  Click any reporter you wish, as long as it is not grayed out.  Click Preview.  A preview screen will open below.  Repeat until you find the reporter you want.  Click Pick.

If you want to include a reporter that is not highlighted, return to the main stain set page, click the button 2+ reagents per color, and repeat the process above.
